- handle customer orders and enquiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online
- processing customer orders on our order system
- the main role is answering the telephone and order processing, but there may be opportunities to utilise other skills you have
- producing quotes for customer
- provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers
- build effective relationships with customers to identify new sales opportunities
- assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- look for cross-selling opportunities to increase individual purchase value and overall sales
