- perform inventory management and stock control including weekly stock-taking and reports
- analyse the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to improve the business
- direct and undertake housekeeping activities such as maintainingstore cleanliness and presentation
- S/he will own the customer experience, driving customer satisfaction and increasing brand loyalty through driving performance and growth through excellent operational and commercial execution
- implement in-store marketing material in line with campaigns
- ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent injury
- provide a safe work environment for employees and customers
- handle unresolved and/or escalated customer complaints
- promote and encourage a high levelof customer service among employees
- deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, enquiriesand catering for customer need
Requirements
- the ideal candidate should have a graduation degree with significant experiencein managing people in retail business or A level with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the relevant sector
- the post holder shall have the ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent, and have strong verbal and written communication skills
