Responsibility
- set up new Direct Debits/amending existing Direct Debits as required
- respond to affordability and due diligence requests
- answer calls/respond to emails from customers
- deliver good customer service and ensure the fair treatment of customers
- chase outstanding balances on defaulted finance agreements
- liaising with premium finance providers
- collect and allocate outstanding deposits or missed instalments
- identify and help vulnerable customers
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years’ experience with premium finance
- experience using Open GI System
- strong customer service skills
- empathetic approach to vulnerable customers
- strong negotiation skills
- understanding of regulatory standards and practices
- good understanding of premium finance products
