- you’ll need Property Management experience in the Residential Block Management sector, and be comfortable managing your own portfolio of properties

- we are seeking an individual to join our ranks and work closely with the Senior Property Manager, providing crucial support in the efficient operation of our Property Management Department
- you will be supported in this role, but also expected to take a real hands-on approach to deliver a high quality of management to our clients
Responsibility
- to work with the appointed Accounts Manager to properly process and approve all payments, manage cash on behalf of clients and to assist with year-end processes
- to act as Manager for the provision of maintenance services to customers and to undertake site visits to check on service provision
