Responsibility

  • position Details
  • the Global Delivery division is responsible for onboarding all new clients onto Clearwater’s SaaS platform
  • you will be an integral part of a collaborative division spanning analysts, team leads and subject matter experts
  • create and manage detailed project plans for assigned portfolio
  • manage and coordinate with internal CW, client and third-party resources on project workstreams
  • generates weekly status reports, holds weekly status meetings with client and project team
  • as Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing simultaneous client implementations with good planning, and consistently delivering on time and within budget
  • lead steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management

Requirements

  • experience as Programme Manager/Senior Analyst/Workstream Lead/Team Lead
  • financial Services Experience
  • proven experience implementing software solutions in Asset Management and/or Insurance space
  • proven track record of delivering projects or workstreams for external clients
  • excellent communication skills
  • expert Technical skills in project management tools
  • familiarity with Software-as-a-Service platforms and Fintech solutions
