Responsibility
- utilise our CRM system and Sharepoint effectively to accurately record and monitor customer interactions, transactions, and issues
- prepare basic sales quotations in liaison with our Sales,Operations and Solutions teams
- maintain knowledge bases and helpdesk portals
- first-line response to requests for technical assistance via phone, chat or email including logging support calls and all relevant information
- diagnose and resolve basic technical hardware and software issues at a product information level
- engage professionally with clients as the first port of call for any sales related queries received through a variety of channels including telephone and email
