- we provide residential care for young people from ten to eighteen years old and are looking for a Night Shift Care Worker , at our three bed care home near Drongan, Ayrshire
- do you want to make a difference to young people’s lives?
- we provide a homely, safe and supportive environment and promote responsibility, growth, learning and positive outcomes for young people who come to stay with us
- as part of a team, you will provide day-to-day care, support and direction to young people who can have challenging, emotional and behavioural needs
- the role requires you to work, in line with national child care practice, and use planned activities as a medium for healing and
- you enjoy working with young people and assisting them with their daily activities and emotional needs?
- you are a friendly, calm, compassionate, reliable and resilient individual, even in the face of challenge?
