Responsibility

  • the job will be field based across various locations across the country
  • you will also complete monthly monitoring and PPM works including shower descales, tank inspections and TMV inspections
  • the role requires overnight stays per month and travel across the country, a vehicle will be provided to the appointed candidate

  • working for mainly Facilities Management companies through housing and offices, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking water temperatures and checking for non conformities

Requirements

  • excellent communication and customer facing skills
  • understanding of basic building techniques and terminology
  • good understanding of water hygiene requirements
  • good knowledge of HSG 274 Part 2
  • good knowledge of ACoP L8
  • A good working knowledge of water systems
  • good IT skills
