Responsibility
- identify potential business opportunities in the Chinese market in the UK and develop strategic plans to pursue them
- research and analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- conduct market research, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management
- develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Chinese market in the UK
- negotiate and close business deals with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction
- work to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- monitor and report on sales and business development activities to senior management
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- proven track record of success in business development or sales in the Chinese market in the UK
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- willingness to travel frequently within UK and internationally
- marketing: 2 years
