Responsibility
- assist with Handling incoming request from End users. Primarily TH employees, in person, on emails or via telephone
- analyse, register request for information and incidents
- user creating in AD and Azure AD. Adding and removing access based on request or RoleBaseAccess Matrix
- making sure equipment in offices is connected properly and works as may expected
- supporting with set up of new offices
- local wiring, patching network outlets
- issuing hardware to employees and collecting returned hardware
- making sure enough hardware is on stock, report if new hardware needs to be ordered
