Responsibility
- generate income for the business by developing and maintaining profitable relationships with insurers and clients
- identify and respond to opportunities to maximise the company’s income
- service and administer the insurance portfolios of commercial clients in a timely, professional and cost-effective manner
- perform such internal placement and broking functions as are required to assist the company’s objectives
- to collaborate with specialist market colleagues within the Group to ensure successful outcomes for any new business initiatives
- to develop and maintain a Lead and Prospect Plan to meet new business targets
- to understand and assess Client’s needs to ensure appropriate advice is provided and recommend such products as may be suitable to meet the Client’s Demands and Needs
