A minimum of
good IT skills, ideally including proficiency of MS office 365
this role is working for a dynamic, award-winning and fast-growing Accountancy Practice, which is
good Organisation and time management skills
good written skills, especially good spelling and grammar
good verbal communication skills, including a good telephone manner & professional approach in meetings and the ability to communicate confidently
the female director is CIMA qualified
ability to interpret and summarise information to a good standard
Responsibility
communication with clients, holding client meetings and helping with queries on accounts and tax
contribution to the teams success by inputting into the developments of systems, processes and efficiencies
supporting the director and clients with Accountancy/Growth/Business Advisory services
ensuring all documents prepared on behalf of clients are prepared accurately and by their internal deadlines
planning & organising own day to day workload with ability to prioritise own workload
occassionally assisting with Sales - networking or exhibiting at events
analysing and tracking data
supporting and developing the team who take care of the day to day preparation of annual accounts, tax returns, vat returns, payroll, managements accounts etc
