  • your goal is to oversee and develop a continually improving, first rate and scalable customer support system, so that we can continue to provide a high level of support in this far larger market
  • customer satisfaction scores monitored and maintained or improving

Requirements

  • cleansmart manufacture professional carpet and upholstery cleaning machines and are one of the UK’s leading suppliers to this niche market
  • assess and improve customer journeys and communications
  • assess and enhance customer journeys and communications, from lead generation and marketing, through to fulfilment and after sales support
  • streamline and document our customer support processes
  • create best case responses to support queries
  • find points of friction and work with our team to remove or reduce these
  • improve website product information to pre-empt support queries
  • oversee a process of continual improvement
