- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- wiping down handrails, push/kick plates, lamp diffusers, all metal work and glass
- clean lifts and fixtures, remove marks from walls, remove chewing gum from all areas
- check readiness of euro tug/s and electrical changing systems
- liaise with the Property Managers to oversee the efficient running and maintenance of the estate and paly ground leisure facilities
- act as point of liaison for all contractors attending site to carry out works safely
- record and rectify all damage caused residents, visitors or contractors, Carry out self-monitoring of the building to maintain building standards
- remove full euro bins from bin store, litter picking car park and communal areas, prepare bulk for removal and move to secure area ready for collection
- carry out periodic statutory and mandatory testing of fire systems, sprinkler, and water systems etc in line with current legislation and company policy
