Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- proactively visiting client sites to conduct site audits
- cleaning on sites when required
- starting new contracts and supervising the cleaning
- providing on-call response out of hours and at weekends if required
- collate timesheets at the end of each month. Only applicable to main key sites atm
- all staff to communicate queries directly to the Service Manager as the first point of contact
- responding to client complaints about cleaning standards by supervising the contract and ensuring the work is completed through emails, calls, face 2 face
- plan and organise holiday cover and respond to sick cover when needed
