Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment and HR Manager to join our busy head office team in Burton-on-Trent
- spotless Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company employing over 150 team members and serving over 200 customers across the East Midlands
- shortlist CVs, conduct initial telephone interviews and arrange first-stage job trials to assess candidate suitability
- keep an accurate record of candidates and communicate well at each stage of the application process
- promote a positive candidate experience and keep other members of the team updated with position status throughout
- this is a newly created role within a local, family-run business
- deliver a proactive and professional HR experience to our team members working with support from our HR advisors
- maintain the relationship and be the main point of contact for our external HR advisors
Requirements
- experience of high volume end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an internal recruitment function
- good knowledge of current recruitment and selection practices and an understanding of trends in candidate sourcing
- up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law legislation
- knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- highly motivated with a can-do attitude, the ability to be resilient and confident with all applicants and internal staff
- HR experience: 2 years
- ability to meet short recruitment deadlines
- recruitment experience: 2 years
