Responsibility

  • claydon Precision Machining ltd is looking for a skilled Machinist to join our team
  • the ideal candidate will have experience with the use of a CNC lathe
  • the candidate will also be familiar with the use of measuring tools, and other related machining equipment
  • although we have many different types of machines which are CNC and manual. We are predominantly looking for a highly skilled CNC Lathe Operator

Requirements

  • good hand-eye coordination
  • ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • ability and willingness to learn other skills
  • ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive machining operations
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • must be able to operate measuring tools in order to perform measurements accurately
