Responsibility

  • we are a friendly family run business established over 30 years ago
  • our company has a small property portfolio and an alpaca knitwear production arm, both based on our farm in Warfield
  • we are looking for someone who is well organised and hard working with excellent communication skills
  • the successful applicant will manage our properties and help with the general office administration for both sides of the company
  • we look forward to welcoming the successful applicant as part of our team as soon as possible
  • research and purchasing of replacement Appliances when necessary
  • ordering of general office supplies
  • deposits – ensuring compliance with legal obligations through DPS

Requirements

  • excellent time management and administrative skills
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone skills
  • strong IT skills
  • you will occasionally be required to visit our properties so a full UK driving licence and car are essential
  • resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
  • A team player
  • ability to find solutions and solve problems independently
  • work experience as a property manager an advantage
