- develop and maintain robust power device test procedures and routines
- interface with customers/project leads to understand & translate process requirements for new device projects
- document processes & procedures so that they are easily understood and followed
- input into the Clas‐SiC technology roadmap
- strive to continually simplify processes & improve quality
- lower manufacturing costs with emphasis on yield improvement, reduction in variability and optimization of the factory
- own the supplier interface for tools within areas of responsibility
