Responsibility

  • lead the testing of finished power diode and Mosfet devices
  • develop and maintain robust power device test procedures and routines
  • interface with customers/project leads to understand & translate process requirements for new device projects
  • document processes & procedures so that they are easily understood and followed
  • input into the Clas‐SiC technology roadmap
  • strive to continually simplify processes & improve quality
  • lower manufacturing costs with emphasis on yield improvement, reduction in variability and optimization of the factory
  • own the supplier interface for tools within areas of responsibility
