Responsibility

  • as a result of sustained growth within our block management division, an opportunity has arisen for a competent block manager keen to work in independent practice with a quality focus
  • overseeing a prestigious portfolio of primarily local RMC blocks / developments in and around the Guildford area, the successful block manager / property manager will undertake the full range of management duties from careful budget setting and oversight through to major works, every day maintenance, resident correspondence and site visits / AGMs / directors meetings
  • the suitable block manager will need excellent communication skills , a driving license / car and the desire to obtain IRPM qualification if not already held
  • A stable career history is also important likewise an ambition to progress
  • above all else, our ethos and longevity has been built on personal service and attention to detail, so the successful block manager will need to share our vision and look to establish excellent working relationships
  • salary for the suitable block manager ranges from £37-39k to start and there may be a degree of flexibility towards working from home
