- to be the first port of call for any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses, or email issues
- to monitor and maintain the Clarity’s systems and networks
- to support all sites with all IT functions
- set up new users’ accounts and profiles along with associated hardware
- to enrol all devices into our Intune solution
- ensure all devices have remote access
