Responsibility

  • you will work closely with an experienced property finance broker and account managers to assist and support you
  • this role is responsible for delivering leads from a warm database to the account managers within the property finance team
  • generate leads to assist the sales performance of the property finance team
  • being able to identify opportunities for our full range of finance products to be sold
  • A new business focussed sales role, servicing developers and property owners with their finance requirement; including but not exhaustively, development finance, bridging finance, BTL and commercial mortgages
  • build a pipeline of opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking
  • minimum of 1 years’ experience in telesales
  • you will also be expected to generate your own leads from outside of this pool, along with access granted to various business search software
