Responsibility

  • social and physical activities or mental stimulation such as keeping in touch with friends/relatives
  • supporting a resident through temporary and terminal illness, including end of life care, hospital appointments, liaising with community health support and families
  • other matters as required by Clanrye PRH
  • changes to a resident’s condition or other concerns
  • all staff are required to wear PPE in line with current guidance, we encourage staff to participate in twice weekly Lateral Flow testing, all of which is provided by the Care Home
