Because clanmill are a bunch of wasters they completely destroy neighbours by allowing drug dealers and housebreakers into their property's thus endangering the existing tenants. Then they lie and claim they didn't know the person previous history. That is a lie all about making money for clanmill housing the care not one jot unless you are a paying tenant steer clear
