- high level of computer literacy, particularly MS Office, email and use of databases
Responsibility
- operational Leadership: Oversee the operational aspects of the centre, including staffing, scheduling, logistics, and program delivery
- team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dedicated staff, including Activity Managers, English Teachers, and Welfare Leaders
- student Welfare: Ensure the well-being and safety of students, and promptly address any welfare or safeguarding concerns
- program Delivery: Ensure that English language programs, excursions, and activities meet high-quality educational standards and align with the organization's curriculum
- budget Management: Manage the centre’s budget, including monitoring expenses and meal numbers, to ensure financial targets are met
- health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety policies are followed and oversee crisis management and emergency response procedures
- safeguarding: Act in accordance with the CLAN Safeguarding Policy
