Responsibility
- understanding the business results and taking anticipative or remedial action in relation to counter-fraud
- providing technical guidance relating to counter-fraud and overseeing processes with technical or financial implications
- making recommendations to internal stakeholders and engaging with brokers as required in order to achieve optimal counter-fraud outcomes
- supporting the Heads of function in leveraging commercial advantage in relation to counter-fraud
- researching market, legal and technical developments, ensuring that recommendations are compliant with relevant internal policies
- liaising with external counter-fraud agencies for the benefit of the company and the industry as a whole
- tracking and evolving Management Information, making appropriate recommendations for improvements and making submissions to internal committees
- managing the optimal financial performance of counter-fraud supply chain contracts
Requirements
- previous counter-fraud management experience
- financial literacy and Management Information analysis skills
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- good understanding of RTA Claims, contractual obligations and Article 75
