Requirements
- you must have sales/call centre experience in making outbound calls and outbound sales
- attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- confident and Enthusiastic attitude
- self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- an effective sales individual
- communicates and presents comfortably at a high level - both written and verbally
- experience in similar role is preferred although not essential
Responsibility
- qualifying Clients who have left inquiries through our Social Media and Website
- collecting Photographic Evidence from clients through WhatsApp and other platforms
- liaising with Solicitors and their Firms to collect information to complete cases
- managing your own call backs with clients
- telephone based customer service experience
- demonstrates an awareness of campaign specific products and services
- applies Service Excellence knowledge in order to close sales
- works effectively as an individual and as part of a team
