Responsibility
- review case files and engage with non-compliant product users
- draft reports and maintain records of compliance activities
- provide advice on handling compliance challenges to the client team
- conduct internal audits of case files to ensure that company standards are being met
- act as a liaison between the company, our clients, and the identified non-compliant users
- manage a caseload of files and deliver on annual and quarterly targets
- manage the engagement process on behalf of our clients, from initial contact with the company/user, through the closure of the matter through a negotiated commercial agreement
Education

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is desirable but not a requirement
- evidence of Sales/Negotiations/Customer Relationship Management experience
