- candidates will need to be caring, compassionate and understanding to ensure the service users receive the best personal care, support with appointments and leisure activities, teaching daily living skills enabling them to live a fulfilled life
- assist with medication administration, as required
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- knowledge of disability support services and best practices
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- compassionate and patient demeanor
