- visiting retail properties to carryout repairs & maintenance as per the schedule arranged for that day
- carry out basic electrics
- carry out basic carpentry
- carry out basic painting and decorations
- carry out basic handyman services
- update jobs via portal ensuring audits are thorough and good quality supporting pictures are taken
- where jobs are to be quoted, to provide a report with the materials needed, and time needed to carry out the further repairs along with a description of the issue
- there will be requirement to divert to emergency reactive calls as part of agreed SLA with the client
Requirements
- CSCS card
- experienced in completing trade specific tasks such as Carpentry, Cabinet repairs, Lock Fitting
- minor electrical repairs & replacements, LED Light replacements
- excellent communication skills
- an ability to work well under pressure
- good verbal and written communication skills. Relevant technical knowledge. Problem-solving skills
- can do attitude, Innovative mind set
- committed & Passionate, Efficiency and organisation
