Responsibility
- be the first point of contact for in-house email enquiries and delegate to the respective Account Manager accordingly
- research existing and prospective contacts for lead generation with a view to booking account management calls
- attending Learning Needs Analysis calls with Account Managers to understand the clients’ logistical training needs and requirements
- gather feedback from trainers and participants before and after each training session
- ensure appropriate communications, such as joining instructions are sent to customers, trainers and other stakeholders promptly
- support the In-house U.K. Account Management team on the delivery of multiple training programmes and events across the Civil Service and Public Sector
- ensure appropriate training materials are circulated with participants after an event has taken place, i.e. slides, certificates and reading lists
- maintain account administration by coordinating the end-to-end process of in-house training courses including setting up course events, managing participant lists and maintaining training schedules
