Responsibility
- taking the Project from the estimating team via a project handover
- review the Scope, and be actively involved in producing presentation documents where required
- better buying of all packages, in line with company policy
- issuing technical submittals of all Equipment / Packages
- issue all programmes pre–construction
- manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion
- quality control
- sub–Contractor management
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years of experience as a Electrical Project Manager with a rival contractor
- preferred degree qualification in a related field
- experience working on commercial projects
- trustworthiness, reliability, conscientiousness, and a strong drive for career progression
- highly motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills
- consistent employment record, with a minimum of two years at each employer
