Working hours
- full-time | Part-time
Responsibility
- provide day to day management at Sports City to include leadership to all site staff
- oversee the operation of the sales and booking systems including cashing up takings
- manage & monitor the activation areas to ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable experience
- be involved with the setting, monitoring and review of team performance and objectives
- deliver & Lead the Party Delivery
- support in induction, development and training of new staff members
- encourage effective communication and teamwork and instil a motivating and empowering working environment for staff
- take part in Manager on Duty shifts as well as site opening and site closing shifts
Requirements
- leisure/ Event Management: 1 year
- leisure Management: 1 year
- A first aid qualification is desirable but full training can be arranged
