Responsibility

  • ensuring the routes are planned most cost effective way
  • ensuring all drivers comply with relevant transport legislation and FOR’s – Walkaround Checks/Securing of loads etc
  • providing drivers booking details that are required for certain sites
  • ensuring the transport function hit the KPI service rate
  • assisting our customer service team and drivers over the phone
  • assisting with all transport function reports
  • managing all aspects of the route planning function to ensure all deliveries and collections are planned in an optimised and efficient manner and timings and brand promise are adhered to
  • be flexible and willing to assist any part of the operation
