- ensuring all drivers comply with relevant transport legislation and FOR’s – Walkaround Checks/Securing of loads etc
- providing drivers booking details that are required for certain sites
- ensuring the transport function hit the KPI service rate
- assisting our customer service team and drivers over the phone
- assisting with all transport function reports
- managing all aspects of the route planning function to ensure all deliveries and collections are planned in an optimised and efficient manner and timings and brand promise are adhered to
- be flexible and willing to assist any part of the operation
