Responsibility

• managing the Sales Team of 6 staff
• providing sales support to the Sales Team
• responsible for increasing sales revenue by persuading potential customers to hire the organization’s products and services

• resolve customer enquiries/queries in an effective, efficient, and courteous manner
• processing quotes and orders
• provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services
• responsible for contacting existing customer base by telephone
• achieve KPI’s to meet overall business goals and objectives
• collecting information, conducting follow-up calls and updating and maintaining our database

• you will act as a point of contact and oversee warehouse/logistic teams and you will assist with training the team and ensuring that new employees understand the importance of following procedures and are aware of their responsibilities

Responsibility

• daily run sheets to be processed and sent over to Head Office each day
• send start times to drivers/porters/warehouse
• scan over delivery and collection notes over to processing team and accounts

• reporting any issues with Cezar etc. stock and staff absenteeism
• reporting to Fleet Manager any vehicle issues
• health and Safety checks required in the warehouse daily, weekly and monthly
• download drivers cards and TACHO
• stock control and communication with Harlow branch
• you will always comply with all relevant legislation
• you will ensure the security of all company property
• you will have basic knowledge on staff management, including daily hours are worked and performance management procedures
