Requirements
- psychotherapy: 3 years
- suitable candidates will be looking for work patterns outlined above; must be able to evidence that they are a qualified psychotherapist; demonstrate experience and ability to work in a multi-therapeutic approach as and when required
- currently the main therapists work with DBT, Person Centred, Schema Therapy and EMDR as well as drawing on other models where appropriate
- applicants will be short listed, and the successfully short-listed applicants will be invited for an onsite interview
- though qualification, clinical experience and breadth of knowledge are essential to the role; it is the ‘relationship first’ ethos and methodical approach applicants take to establish relationships with clients that will be prioritised during the selection process
- city Centre Therapy are looking to appoint therapists whose professional approach mirrors, and compliments those already established by our Lead Therapist; a ‘relationship first’ approach that has led to the successful establishment of our practice and now its organic growth
- the Interview process is an interview in person in the office which will comprise of competency and scenario based questions
