Responsibility

  • to support Citizens Advice Rossendale & Hyndburn to develop and deliver the project to achieve it’s outcomes, through collaborative partnership work, preventative services, user engagement and shared learning
  • attend R&C meetings where necessary and contribute to planning and delivery of activities
  • develop, review and implement a partnership engagement plan
  • report any challenges or risks to the Chief Officer that may hinder project delivery in a timely manner
  • develop and regularly review a project plan with the project team
  • lead the social media team to create and coordinate social media content for the project and service as a whole
  • assist in the development and review of CARH’s co production strategy in line with the services Strategic Business Plan
  • use IT effectively for statistical recording, record keeping and document production
