Responsibility
- liaising with prospective tenants and carrying out viewings at the properties
- preparing Tenancy Agreements and additional paperwork as part of the letting process or for the wider property department
- updating company website, portals and any information booklets for tenants
- carrying out and documenting routine inspections and preparing reports of the inspections to provide to the Property Manager
- to support the management function in the maximising rental returns and minimising tenancy ‘void’ periods
- marketing the properties and updating advertising on various letting sites
- carrying out inventory checks in studios on check-in/check-outs
- carrying out competitor analysis’ and reviewing our rental prices as well as features available in the units
