Very predatory and harassing. Promised great work at a very cheap price. When I turned them away, became aggressive. Avoid this company at all costs. They seem to prey on older, more vulnerable residents. Does not deserve any stars

I would give 0 stars if I could. Cipi builder knocked on my door offering to do several jobs to the front of my house and garden. The price he offered was good, he showed me pictures of other work he'd done, so we made an agreement. The initial price was then doubled, they didn't complete all the work that was promised - Cipi was more interested in finding other customers to rip off on my street, and started working on their houses before he finished ours - the work they did was of very poor quality - the paint started peeling off two weeks after if was done, and he didn't give me an invoice as promised.

It's super frustrating when the final price isn't what you agreed on and the quality doesn't hold up. Did you manage to confront them about the peeling paint and the incomplete work?

Disgraceful, poor service received. Cipi cannot be trusted and takes advantage of vulnerable people. Reported to Trading Standards I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Dreadful experience. Quoted and agreed a price only for them to do half the work and the double the price. The work they did was terrible. I should have known they were not good people given how aggressively they tried to get work out of some of the older residents on our street. Very predatory.

Sounds like an awful experience, especially if they were targeting older residents. Were the older residents also unsatisfied with their work? Did they report the experience?
