Responsibility

  • we are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team
  • conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met by the mobile cleaning operatives
  • coordinate the delivery of cleaning materials and supplies to different locations
  • provide training and onboarding to new cleaning staff
  • implement staff performance management strategies, including conducting regular one-on-one meetings
  • CIAR is an award winning facilty service provider operating in Central london. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a full-time Cleaning Supervisor to start as soon as possible
  • maintain a strong focus on health and safety protocols
  • visit new sites to provide quotes and assess cleaning requirements for head office
