- manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and restaurant standards
Requirements
- proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and restaurant operations
- excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation
- strong background in hospitality with excellent team management capabilities
- proven experience in a restaurant setting as a cook or chef, demonstrating culinary expertise
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- passion for cooking with creativity in menu development and presentation
