experience in dealing with both the Property and Commercial Insurance Markets
have a good knowledge of the responsibilities surrounding compliance
innovative and creative individual who can show examples of where this has helped secure business
strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills are essential
have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including evidence of retention and growth of an existing book of business as well as generating and converting new business opportunities
ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
either ACII qualified or working towards these qualifications
Responsibility
to provide a structured monthly ops update for managing meetings, which follows the same format each time
