Requirements

- strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills are essential
- have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including evidence of retention and growth of an existing book of business as well as generating and converting new business opportunities
- ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- either ACII qualified or working towards these qualifications
Responsibility
- to provide a structured monthly ops update for managing meetings, which follows the same format each time
