Requirements

  • management experience is preferred
  • experience in dealing with both the Property and Commercial Insurance Markets
  • have a good knowledge of the responsibilities surrounding compliance
  • innovative and creative individual who can show examples of where this has helped secure business
  • strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills are essential
  • have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including evidence of retention and growth of an existing book of business as well as generating and converting new business opportunities
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • either ACII qualified or working towards these qualifications

Responsibility

  • to provide a structured monthly ops update for managing meetings, which follows the same format each time
