- diagnosing and fault finding on boilers and heating systems to ensure they are working safely and efficiently
- carrying out safety checks on gas appliances and heating systems to ensure they meet industry standards and regulations
- advising customers on the most suitable systems for their needs, and providing quotes for installation or repair work
- keeping accurate records of work carried out, and maintaining an inventory of equipment and tools
- keeping up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, and attending training courses as required
