  • to ensure effective day to day running of homecare and housing support service
  • making rotas, ensuring all work is covered and staff gets their contracted hours, take relevant breaks and annual leave
  • to establish close contact with staff and regular on-site review of the Health and Social Care standards
  • effective management and supervision of care workers
  • willing to cover care calls where required
  • ensure the company provides an excellent service to all service users and stakeholders
  • ensuring compliance with national minimum standards of care
  • work closely and report to the Care Manager to ensure effective running of service
