  • buildings and TS Resolute
  • ensure the provision of excellent facilities to support all CYE programmes
  • maintain safe equipment to a high standard in all areas of the CYE site
  • ensure the safe provision of electrical, fire and plumbing systems
  • design and implement improvements to facilities and land activities
  • keep up to date testing schedules and documentation of all systems as required
  • demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal organisation to lead by example when coaching and supporting other members of the team
  • monitor and repair the structure of the CYESC buildings or barge, using specialist assistance if needed
