Responsibility

  • setting up new customer accounts and maintaining existing customer details, including price files
  • produce invoices and resolve invoice queries
  • continually review and update department procedures
  • provide business admin support to other departments as required
  • liaise with the external sales team to resolve customer issues
  • manage reception area, to include incoming and outgoing post/parcels
