  • CHP Surveyors Limited are looking to recruit an experienced CAD technician to join their team
  • CHP are an established surveying practice, focusing on daylight, sunlight and rights of light analysis and party wall matters
  • undertaking online research on local authority planning portals
  • undertaking site inspections in central London and surrounding areas
  • understanding architectural and survey drawings
  • based on various sources of information, produce 2D and 3D computer models of sites using AutoCAD
  • running daylight, sunlight and rights of light analysis using MBS Software
  • producing technical drawings

Requirements

  • autoCAD: 3 years
