Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time

Responsibility

  • running shifts to the best of your ability
  • ensuring all team members know and enforce Chosen Bun’s service and product guarantees
  • as a Supervisor at Chosen Bun you are responsible for managing shifts solo, in the absence of the Manager
  • ensuring that all Chosen Bun operation, cleanliness and health and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
  • have fun and come up with new ideas or menu items
  • this will give you the opportunity to hone your people-managing skills whilst gaining an insight into managing a store of your own
  • representing Chosen Bun in a professional manner and refer any queries or concerns outside of your responsibility to your Manager; and

Requirements

  • previous QSR / Restaurant / Hospitality experience
  • previous supervisory experience is advantageous
  • demonstrable supervisory and/or leadership qualities
