Responsibility
you will be required to work on a 48 hours a week rota, based on the needs of the business
we are looking to recruit a hands-on restaurant manager to oversee the day-to-day restaurant operation, managing a eam of FOH & kitchen staff
you must be confident to be left to run the restaurant, almost like your own business, without being micromanaged, and to build a team that can support you in the successful and efficient running of the restaurant
the ideal candidate will be required to be hands-on in the kitchen preparing the drinks and desserts , as well as the FOH, and not afraid to undertake any of the tasks required from our junior staff members, if and when required
to ensure a good organization for the smooth running of the operation by using the checklist and service standard set in the Module
to personally conduct inventories in order to provide accurate information
to make recommendations to Management for improvement and upgrading of equipment, service methods, presentation and improved guest satisfaction
to ensure the correct scheduling of employees to maintain standards of service
