Requirements
- be fun-loving, caring, hard-working and have an excellent sense of humour
- be familiar with the principles and practices of residential care
- have a strong understanding and commitment to safeguarding the children/ young people
- have excellent communication skills; both verbally and in written form
- have the Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare , or be willing to work towards this
- be able to work shifts and commit to regular sleep ins
- experience with children: 1 year
