Requirements
be fun-loving, caring, hard-working and have an excellent sense of humour
be familiar with the principles and practices of residential care
have a strong understanding and commitment to safeguarding the children/ young people
have excellent communication skills; both verbally and in written form
have the Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare , or be willing to work towards this
be able to work shifts and commit to regular sleep ins
